We are seeking an experienced professional to support our administrative operations and provide assistance in human resources functions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field, and 3-6 years of experience in Admin/HR support roles.

A strong understanding of HR processes, excellent coordination skills, and proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and communication platforms are required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administration & Facilities Management:
    • Oversee office infrastructure and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Liaise with internal and external bodies as needed.
    • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate travel bookings.
  • Talent Acquisition Support:
    • Support interview coordination and manage pre-Onboarding formalities.
    • Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals and social media.
  • HR Operations:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and facilitate smooth HR communication.
    • Coordinate training room bookings and logistics.
  • Statutory & Compliance:
    • Manage statutory requirements and liaise with finance teams for timely payments.

The selected candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
