Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to manage corporate service accounts. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and driving retention and growth through effective service delivery and coordination.

About the Role:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand client business needs and align company solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Monitor account health, proactively identify risks, and drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Analyze account performance data and present findings to senior management.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in coordination with the sales team.
  • Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely closure of client concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2–5 years of experience in client services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
