Senior Sales Operations Strategic Improvement Specialist

As a highly skilled professional, you will play a critical role in driving strategic and operational improvements across the organization.
About the Role- Define and drive strategic and operational improvements across the company.
- Implement innovation to enhance productivity and improve the sales teams' experience.
- Work closely with IT, Finance, and regional Commercial teams to operationalize a data-driven go-to-market strategy.
- Contribute to analytics techniques on diverse data from connected assets, anomaly detection, business analytics, and data visualization.
- Solve problems of medium to high complexity in analytics approach or business domain.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to inform decision-making through data analysis.
- Create solutions for product roadmaps and customer requirements.
- Quantitative Bachelor's degree - MBA preferred.
- 10 years of working experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, compensation, and business transformation.
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
