Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage and convert inbound and outbound leads for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested buyers.
  • Handle inbound queries, explain project details, and resolve customer doubts.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
