Job Overview

As a seasoned professional in real estate management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing investment models that optimize returns on investments. This involves working closely with market players to identify opportunities and develop strategies to maximize returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement investment models together with market players to optimize investments.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders and governmental bodies to ensure support for Fulfillment Center expansions.
  • Develop regular communications to all business owners, including local and central finance managers, IT, legal, operations, facilities, and engineering functional representatives.
  • Manage landlord relations, negotiate contracts, and oversee contractor management, including issue escalation.
  • Manage alteration projects and reduce fix costs (all building-related expenses).
