We are looking for curious individuals who are keen to develop their knowledge across Social and Search advertising. As a Digital Media Campaign Manager, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be analytical and creative, and lead and manage campaigns across Social platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.) and Search (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.).

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering results in line with client objectives and KPIs;
  • Planning and proposing media channels and campaign types to achieve objectives;
  • Managing client communications with regards to campaign updates;
  • Supporting the team director with new businesses;
  • Empowering direct reports to ensure smooth operations in terms of ad operations and optimisations;
  • Training and guiding junior team members;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the best practices, strategies, offerings in paid Search & Social media, competitive landscape and any new opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5-7 years of experience managing Paid Social & Search campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.), as well as 2 years of experience in client servicing and relationship management, and 2 years of experience managing a team. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and good knowledge of Google Analytics is essential. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills are also required.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to think outside the box to offer solutions to clients, and have a love for data and an ability to analyse vast amounts of data with exceptional attention to detail.
