Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage our platform and infrastructure.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of network and cloud administrators, developing scalable and repeatable processes, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across client portfolio. This includes driving operational excellence, maintaining strong customer relationships through a consultative approach, and ensuring that all engagements are executed with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of network and cloud administrators, fostering technical growth and career development.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering and operations.
  • Define and communicate clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive operational excellence by maturing processes for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Follow structured workflows for change management, incident response, and service requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration across platforms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring service expectations are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Knowledge of managing patching of infrastructure (network and servers)
  • Knowledge of business and technology processes.
  • Proven track record of escalation management experience.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and operational best practices.
