Cloud Security Engineer - Advanced Threat Protection

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of cloud security architecture, including design and implementation for advanced threat protection environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in CASB/SSPM/CSPM platforms, with hands-on experience in implementing solutions such as Netskope, Microsoft Defender, and Palo Alto Prisma.
  • Strong understanding of network security and cybersecurity fundamentals, including TCP/IP, firewalls, proxies, DNS, routing, and switching.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation to streamline complex technical tasks.
  • Experience with system operations, engineering, and troubleshooting to resolve intricate issues.
  • Integration expertise with monitoring, logging (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel), and IAM systems to ensure seamless workflows.

Familiarity with Office365, OneDrive, SharePoint Online for Business, as well as working knowledge of Kerberos authentication and delegation.

Exposure to onboarding services and user migration for new IT solutions, along with troubleshooting skills specific to network security applications.

Practical experience with AGILE methodologies and tools like Jira and Odyssey is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain cloud security architecture.
  • Design and develop advanced threat protection solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions.
  • Develop and implement PowerShell scripts for automation.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolution.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on CASB/SSPM/CSPM.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful security solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple cloud security platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
