Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent client service, and achieving sales targets while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Branch Operations:
  • Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to maximize performance and engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their investment needs.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Sales and Business Development:
  • Achieve sales targets by developing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
Financial Management:
  • Monitor branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Prepare and present reports on branch performance to senior management.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard company assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8 years of experience in stock broking or financial services with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools.

Benefits:

  • Salary up to ₹20 Lakh per annum (performance-based incentive).

Education: Post-Graduate or MBA in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 6-8 years with any leading stock broking company and managing branch administration.

Skills: Strong business and analytical skills, excellent product knowledge, and communication skills. Effective integration and controlling skills. Proven people management abilities. High target and customer service orientation. Strong local network and market knowledge.
