About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cluster Business Director to join our team at Mahindra Rise. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Care Managers and driving business growth through customer satisfaction and dealer performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Customer Care Managers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and dealer performance.
- Implement best practices to drive business growth and improve customer relationships.
- Monitor customer complaints and warranty issues, and drive closure on corrective advice for field vehicles.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve dealer satisfaction and performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in customer care and dealer management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Knowledge of Mahindra Leadership Competencies and Strategic Business Orientation.
