Responsibilities:

  1. Work directly with founders on critical initiatives across marketing, product, and growth.
  2. Take ownership of projects spanning customer research, brand strategy, new product launches, and partnerships.
  3. Gain exposure to profit and loss management and decision-making on e-commerce channels.
  4. Drive cross-functional execution by collaborating with teams across operations, creative, and supply chain.
  5. Contribute to high-impact projects – from scaling global markets to shaping new category strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Early-career professional: 1–2 years of work experience.
  2. Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
  3. Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  5. A passion for learning, education, and building consumer brands.
