We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our end-to-end accounts receivable and cash collections process.

About the Role

This is a senior financial leadership position responsible for overseeing daily operations of accounts payable and B2C revenue departments, managing customer relationships, supervising a team, and continuously reviewing and improving accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department and B2C revenue and AR
  • Owning the complete end-to-end AR/O2C Process
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists
  • Continuously reviewing and improving accounts receivable processes

The ideal candidate will have experience in IFRS/Ind-AS and a degree in accounting, as well as 4-6 years of experience in the Travel Industry or B2B setup. As a seasoned finance expert, you will analyze accounts receivable aging reports, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections.

You will also prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal control policies related to Accounts receivable and credit management.
