Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our Finance team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and excellent communication abilities to liaise with internal teams effectively.

About the Role:

  • Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivables process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and collection of outstanding payments from clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare AR reports for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth billing operations.
  • Support audits, compliance requirements, and financial planning related to receivables.
  • Assist in refining AR processes and driving efficiency within the Finance function.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Graduate degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com, BAF, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to confidently present data.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software/tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
