About the Position

This role is distinct from traditional optometry and focuses on both eye health and sales.

The ideal candidate will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert advice, product recommendations, and timely resolution of customer concerns.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and driving Net Promoter Score
  • Conducting eye exams, dispensing glasses, and diagnosing vision problems
  • Selling products and meeting sales targets while adhering to store standards
  • Performing quality checks on lenses and ensuring accurate prescriptions
  • Presenting customers with optimal product recommendations based on their preferences and needs

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Optometry
  • Fresh graduates welcome – no minimum work experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing environments
  • Result-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive task ownership
