Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from a top institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
  2. Registered Nurse (RN) certification from the State Nursing Council preferable
  3. Minimum of 1-25 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a tertiary care facility.
  4. Demonstrated proficiency in nursing skills, clinical assessments, and patient care management.
  5. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  7. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and maintaining patient safety.
  8. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as per the hospital's staffing needs.
  9. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
  10. Continued professional development and pursuit of higher education, such as specialty certifications or advanced degrees, are encouraged.
