The HR Business Partner plays a strategic role in developing and implementing people strategies that support our company's growth by collaborating closely with stakeholders to foster a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and design key HR programs like performance management, retention, rewards, and engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, HR functional expertise to drive business impact, experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement; cost for a fast-paced business.
  • Engage with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for C&B, Staffing, HRSS and the business.
  • Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team. Train, mentor and lead HR initiatives and best Practices.
  • Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations and Business HR teams.
  • Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and to execute on corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.
  • Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.
