Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a vital member of our organization, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee employee attendance, punctuality, and leave policies to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and effective labor management practices are implemented throughout the organization.
  • Manage company assets, including equipment and supplies, to optimize efficiency.
  • Facilitate facilities management and canteen services to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Liaise with authorities for new and renewal licenses and permits to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Handle visitor relations, interactions with government officials, and community outreach to foster positive relationships.
  • Coordinate security measures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Administer transfers, loans, and promotions, as well as disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Implement and enforce Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) protocols to protect employees and the organization.
  • Effectively implement company policies to maintain a positive work culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a new work environment.
  • Dedication to acquiring knowledge and utilizing it effectively.
  • Ability to work on HR software efficiently.
  • Conflict resolution skills to maintain harmony among team members.
  • Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages.

A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Human Resource Management is required. A Postgraduate degree in MBA (HR) or MHRM is also necessary.
