Key Landscape Architect Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Landscape Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality CAD/BIM work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the BIM lead to create and maintain accurate BIM documentation, including BEP, TIDP, MIDP, LOD Matrices, etc.
  • Work on fully coordinated 3D modeling using Autodesk Revit.
  • Coordinate input from multiple disciplines into CAD and BIM models.
  • Develop and present project progress reports for discussion at meetings.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, accompanied by at least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of CAD and BIM tools.
  • Effective communicator at all levels of the business.
  • Team player with self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management.
