BIM Landscape Architect.

\

As a skilled BIM Landscape Architect, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality CAD/BIM work with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will include producing drawings and BIM models with ease, leveraging your expertise in landscape and public realm projects. Additionally, you will have exposure to Middle East standards and be responsible for creating and maintaining all BIM documentation, including BEP, TIDP, MIDP, LOD Matrices, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Deliver fully coordinated 3D modeling using Autodesk Revit.\
  • Utilize knowledge of multidisciplinary and multiregional projects to comply with relevant CAD/BIM standards.\
  • Co-ordinate CAD and BIM model input to multi-disciplinary projects.\
  • Prepare and present progress for discussion at meetings.\
  • Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.\
  • Collaborate with the BIM lead to facilitate setup and delivery of programs in accordance with BEP.\
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of building design processes within a multiple discipline engineering environment.\
  • Identify, interpret, and apply required industry/client/internal CAD/BIM standards to ensure compliance.\
  • Work independently and take proactive initiative, demonstrating self-motivation and problem-solving abilities.\
  • Check and present technical work, showcasing flexibility in work tasks and locations.\
  • Responsible for completion of assigned tasks to time and cost.\
  • Hold Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.\
  • Be well-versed in standard codes and EDMS (Electronic Data Management System).\
  • Display a 'can-do' attitude and possess excellent time management and prioritization skills.\
  • Exhibit confidence and professionalism in manner and presentation.\
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.\
  • Good team player while remaining self-motivated.\
  • Problem-solving abilities.\
  • Able to demonstrate advanced CAD and BIM technical knowledge.\
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the business.\
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.\
  • Ability to work using engineer's calculations and designs in producing drawings/3D modeling.\
  • Working knowledge of standard codes and EDMS.\
  • Shows flexibility in work tasks and locations.\
