Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating with clients to ensure effective communication and alignment with project expectations.

You will develop and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements, manage project resources efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

You will also prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained. Additionally, you will provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

This role requires strong technical skills in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects. Proficiency in BIM software and experience with landscape design is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • M.Arch in Landscape Architecture with 0-5 years of experience or B.Arch with 1-7 years of experience in Landscape Design.
  • Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.

  • Location: ECC Road, Whitefield, Bengaluru
  • Hours: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, 5 days a week
