We work at scale, partnering with real estate developers to shape 100-acre townships, premium resorts, large housing communities, and plotted developments across India and the Middle East. Qualifications:

  • M.Arch in Landscape Architecture with 0-5 years of experience or B.Arch with 1-7 years of experience in Landscape Design.
  • Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.
  • Develop and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
  • Manage project resources efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

  • Hours: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, 5 days a week
