As a vital component of our organization, talent acquisition plays a crucial role in identifying and hiring top talent to drive business success.

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Attracting suitable candidates through various channels such as databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Completing paperwork for new hires.
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
  • Induction & onboarding activities for new joiners.

Requirements:

  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
  • Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition and a strong network of contacts in the industry. An MBA from a premier institute is also desirable. A native speaker of Marathi would be preferred due to their cultural affinity with our organization.
