Key Centre Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will lead the offline sales efforts, drive footfall, generate leads through various marketing channels, manage centre profitability, and achieve sales targets.

  • Own and drive the offline sales operations.
  • Generate leads through local events, partnerships, campus tie-ups, outdoor advertising, referrals, and networking.
  • Drive walk-ins and enquiries by promoting the centre in the local market and engaging with prospective learners.
  • Manage the complete P&L, ensuring revenue targets and profitability are met.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local area marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with walk-in prospects and ensure timely closure of admissions.
  • Build strong relationships with local corporates, educational institutions, and community leaders to enhance centre visibility and brand awareness.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to optimize strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in offline sales, preferably in EdTech, training, or education industry.
  • Proven experience in lead generation through offline marketing activities.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven approach with ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
