Business Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will possess high-standard business knowledge and skills with many advanced tools and techniques. This role involves leading business design sessions, assisting with process configuration, data migration deliverables, creating required interface design documents, and business design documents, as well as troubleshooting customizations.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Managing and developing customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals and objectives
  • Utilizing knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide customers during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration
  • Conducting client workshops on business processes, business requirements, and system design
  • Business and systems analysis and documentation
  • Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality
  • Producing design, system, user, and procedural documentation
  • Application configuration and setup
  • Providing system training to both internal and external clients
  • Liaising with development teams to deliver robust solutions on time and conducting testing
  • Designing and executing data migration strategies
  • Offering go-live and post-live support
  • Maintaining outstanding people management skills and ability to lead a team
  • Demonstrating capacity to plan, prioritize, and organize project schedules and multiple project activities
  • Identifying and analyzing risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
  • Working systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications
  • Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
  • Writing development specifications and interfacing with customers to test modifications and resolve any issues that arise
  • Participating in data migrations, integrations, report design, and security design
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business analysis and consulting
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data migration and integration
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools
  • Ability to travel as required
