Business Strategist Role

As a Business Strategist, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for our clients by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. Your typical day will involve analyzing current business processes, conducting stakeholder interviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Participate actively in team discussions.
  • Provide solutions to work-related problems.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather high-level customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative business solutions.
  • Develop business cases to achieve the vision.
  • Support junior professionals in the team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud is required.
  • Strong understanding of business architecture principles.
  • Experience in conducting current state assessments and defining high-level customer requirements.
  • Ability to develop business solutions and structures to realize opportunities.
  • Knowledge of business case development and evaluation.

Additional Information:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud is required.
  • A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
