AR Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AR Caller Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills in English, active listening, empathy, patience, and the ability to handle pressure.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with customers, providing solutions to their queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound or outbound calls from international customers, resolving customer queries in real-time, communicating clearly and fluently, maintaining a professional tone, and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent Verbal Communication: The ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone or email.
- Active Listening: The ability to understand customer concerns and respond accordingly.
- Empathy: The ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes and provide a solution that meets their needs.
- Patient: The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: The ability to navigate CRM systems and update customer information.
