Job Title: Relationship Manager
About the Role:
- The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition and managing the overall client relationship.
- They must ensure they achieve the target.
- Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and garner higher wallet share from the client.
- Covering all relationships through customer engagements and risk profiling.
- Identifying potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
- Acquiring new customers through converting referral leads.
- Providing complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges, etc., proactively to the customer and ensuring the best services are provided to them.
- Having relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Proven people, business, and client relationship handling skills.
- Having a pleasing personality and effective communication skills.
- Ability to engage sizable clients.
- Strong persuasion skills.
- Deal closure ability.
- Understanding, anticipating and reacting to competitive market requirements, industry opportunities and constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating Leads for Financial Product Distributor.
- Coordinating / Conducting Business Opportunity Session to upcoming / Existing FPDs.
- Assisting new FPDs to clear NISM Exams.
Business Development Objectives:
- Providing Trainings to Partners on Product availability.
- Preparing Business Development Plans for partners and training them to achieve via Joint Calls, Conducting Client Meeting, Asset Allocation with Product Diversifications.
- Establishing Strong relationships with Partners, IFA in the assigned geography and providing right communication on Products, Solutions, and services, which helps in their business growth.
- Providing the right information and Coordinating / Conducting regular Partner Meetings to enable their knowledge.
