Job Title: Senior Director of Quality and Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our quality and excellence efforts across multiple locations. This role will be responsible for managing operations, directing reporting, and overseeing responsibilities including client management, stakeholder management, RFPs, escalations, process improvement, and transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive process improvement strategy aligned with key clients' strategic priorities
  2. Support the development of EXL's strategic priorities for driving value capture
  3. Build a strong team to strategize and execute process improvements
  4. Develop employee engagement and development programs in line with functional and business vertical plans
  5. BUILD strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal stakeholders to drive improvement and innovation initiatives

Deliverables:

  1. SUCCESSFUL execution of Process Improvement Strategy
  2. Implement at least one key transformation project impacting client business outcomes for strategic client relationships
  3. Drive high BB/MWB density and C-Sat score on Value Addition and Contribution

Domain Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of P&C Insurance domain
  • Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, COPC)
  • Working knowledge of Transaction Monitoring (QA and QC)

Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word Doc, Outlook
  • Knowledge of calls recording system and its usage (NICE, Witness, etc) preferred
  • Proficient with Minitab software
  • Proficient with MS-VISIO for flowcharting/process mapping software
  • Strong business acumen and strategic focus
  • Demonstrates a global mindset and intellectually agile approach
  • Conformance to policies/compliances with auditing skills and eye for details
  • Ability to coach and give feedback on an ongoing basis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management skills and ability to lead in a challenging environment
