Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our quality assurance team in India. The ideal candidate will have strategic development and operational responsibility for quality assurance in India, expanding the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic development and operational responsibility for quality assurance India
  • Accountability for specific quality activities in quality assurance India
  • Membship of global management teams
  • Leadership of teams within quality assurance India (leader of leaders)
  • Team management with focus on talent development

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with experience in leadership, project management, organizational change, quality, or GxP processes
  • 10+ years in pharma/healthcare, including 5+ years in leadership or people management roles
  • Prior experience in hiring and building a team to support global processes is mandatory
  • Prior experience in managing multiple suppliers or contracts manufacturers is desirable

Key Skills:

Familiarity with QMS processes, drug development life cycle, sourcing, and GxP regulations is advantageous. You should also be a clear, direct, and diplomatic communicator with fluency in English.
