As an Analyst/Associate Manager, you will oversee Resource Management, Client Relationship Management, Performance Evaluation, Escalation Management, and Overall Delivery for your span. You will join our awesome marketing team with expert knowledge in search and social platforms like Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, Apple Search, Amazon Search, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring optimal levels of resource utilization and keeping stakeholders updated
  • Ensuring quality delivery as per defined SLAs
  • Driving team adherence to all internal/external tools and processes
  • Maintaining team motivation through regular touch points/team engagement activities
  • Detailed-oriented communication for various audiences (internal or external)
  • Sense of ownership; responsible for team/client management, performance monitoring & reviews
  • End-to-end campaign management experience in running paid ads on meta, twitter, etc
  • Staying up-to-date with industry news and developments; analyzing and documenting search engine industry trends across web/mobile platforms
  • Driving new tests, analyzing performance, and providing insights on how performance could be improved

You will need:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on online marketing tools and best practices
  • 1-5 years of experience in Paid Social ads specifically
  • Experience in Meta, Instagram, Twitter, and end-to-end campaign management specifically reach and frequency campaigns
  • Team & Client management skills
  • Subject-matter-expert for Search
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinker, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of different digital marketing channels is a plus
