Job Title: Marketing Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled marketing intelligence specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights and providing a holistic view of marketing performance for clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile brands across various industries. You will be responsible for building and managing data streams using marketing cloud intelligence platform, developing and maintaining dashboards in salesforce marketing cloud intelligence, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of marketing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights using marketing cloud intelligence platform.
  • Build and manage data streams using MCI/Datorama.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Experience with Datorama Data Streams, APIs, and TotalConnect.
  • Visualise data to tell a story and provide a holistic view of marketing performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of marketing performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama including managing data streams.
  • Solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated experience building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Experience with SQL and pivot tables.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
