As a specialist on our Artificial Intelligence team, you will be joining a global team of subject matter experts across various disciplines and entrusted with a range of responsibilities. We're seeking self-motivated, clever, and creative specialists who can handle the speed required to be on the frontlines of AI Security.

The role involves working closely with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce the best possible work. You will need to craft clever prompts to attempt to bypass the filters and guardrails on our models, targeting specific vulnerabilities defined by our clients. This requires a strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics, as well as excellent writing skills in English.

  • Complete extensive training on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Red Teaming, and jailbreaking
  • Craft innovative prompts to attempt to bypass the filters and guardrails on our models
  • Collaborate closely with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce the best possible work
  • Assist our data scientists to conduct automated model attacks
  • Adapt to the dynamic needs of different projects and clients

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or above, or associates and 1 year of relevant industry experience, or high school degree and 2 years of relevant industry experience. Excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics, ability to adopt different voices and points of view, creative thinking, and strong attention to detail are essential.
