Job Summary
This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic Human Resources environment.
As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources team by handling essential tasks with attention to detail.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Timesheet Management: Collect and verify employee timesheets on a regular basis.
- Follow-Ups & Coordination: Follow up with employees for document submissions, pending timesheets, or HR-related information.
- Administrative Support: Assist with maintaining accurate employee records (physical & digital).
- General HR Support: Assist in organizing meetings, events, or training sessions related to HR.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
