
HR Operations Manager

The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, administering employee benefits, managing HRIS, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, managing employee records, conducting orientations, assisting with performance management processes, and handling employee relations issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resource management principles, including recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational development.
They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve employee experience.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 3-6 years' experience in HR and Admin functions, preferably in healthcare, construction, EPC, or government tender-based companies
- Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, GST-linked payroll desirable
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/ERP systems
- People management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
