Senior Business Development & Client Servicing Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned business development and client servicing professional to lead our corporate events, experiential marketing, and brand partnerships initiatives. As a Senior Business Development & Client Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for owning client accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering success in our premium event design, production, and management company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through high-value business deals with corporates and brands.
  • Client Acquisition: Target decision-makers in FMCG, Tech, Automotive, Finance, Sports, and Lifestyle sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships ensuring repeat business.
  • Proposal & Pitch Leadership: Create winning presentations, proposals, and budgets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead with insights on industry trends and competitors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, production, and operations teams.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Oversee end-to-end delivery – logistics, vendors, and post-event reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 5–7 years in business development or client servicing (events, advertising, or brand activations).

Network: Strong corporate connects with marketing and procurement heads.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills.

Technical Knowledge: Event production, costing, and budgeting know-how.

Bonus: Familiarity with event planning tools/software.
