Our organization seeks a highly skilled Quality Control Leader to oversee the daily operations of our Quality Control (QC) team. This individual will be responsible for guiding a team of 30+ members in various analytical activities, including method validation and testing.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Experience in QC, Analytical Development (AD), and Method Validation (MV) is desirable.

  • Lead a team of 30+ members in performing analytical activities, including method validation and testing.
  • Support the Head of QC with daily updates, commercial output, and monthly review meetings.
  • Develop and implement laboratory protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as QA, RA, and R&D, to achieve organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to ensure competitiveness in LC-MS and FT-NIR techniques.

For this position, we seek a self-driven individual who can make informed decisions and provide guidance to team members. The ideal candidate should have a master's degree in science or pharmacy and strong analytical knowledge and expertise in modern analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NIR, or nasal performance testing).

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites:

  • Masters degree in science or pharmacy.

  • Experience in QC, AD, and MV is desirable.
