Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our quality assurance efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the quality assurance team to ensure that all software meets the required standards.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts in collaboration with the development team.
  • Process Improvement: Implement Quality Assurance best practices to improve software delivery processes and efficiency.
  • Automated Testing: Develop complex test data sets for testing and analyze and develop automated test cases using Selenium and BDD frameworks.
  • Defect Management: Identify and select test cases for automation, create, enhance, debug, and execute automated test cases, and report defects to the development team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: B.E./BTech/MCA in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Professional Experience: 7+ years of experience in Software Testing – Manual & Automation and Quality Assurance practice.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong expertise performing different types of Functional and Non-Functional testing like System, Integration, Regression, Database, Performance, Stress, etc.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Quality Assurance methodologies, proficient with rest APIs, good knowledge of database technologies like SQL server, MySQL, etc., and good experience of configuration management and version control.
