Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end manual testing, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with cloud platforms.

This role requires the ability to create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and defect reports. The selected candidate will work closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to ensure requirements are testable and delivered with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform end-to-end manual testing across web, API, and backend services.
  • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to ensure requirements are testable and delivered with high quality.
  • Use Postman and other testing tools for API testing.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend data.
  • Support testing across Azure, Kubernetes, and GCP cloud environments.
  • Work with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
  • Actively participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Manual testing expertise with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic Java knowledge for understanding code and debugging.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms: Azure, Kubernetes, GCP.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control using GitHub.
  • Experience with testing tools (e.g., Postman).
  • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodology and collaborative team environments.
