Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements and product specifications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Identify, document, and report defects using an issue tracking system.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
  • Maintain and update test cases, test scripts, and test documentation to ensure proper tracking of testing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in manual and automation testing, ideally more than 3 years in a similar QA role.
  • Experience with testing web and mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and different testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools and automated testing tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic experience in test automation using Java, with hands-on knowledge of frameworks such as Selenium and Appium.
  • Basic understanding of performance and security testing.
