Job Description:

We are seeking a sales and marketing professional to drive business growth and development within our assigned territory.

  • Sales Growth & Business Development: Identify opportunities for expansion and implement strategies to achieve set targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster long-term partnerships by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Sales Planning & Forecasting: Develop and execute monthly sales plans to meet sales targets and business objectives.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation: Draft proposals and engage in negotiations to close deals.
  • Channel Management: Manage B2B, B2C, or direct sales channels depending on the segment.
  • Strategic Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to specific customer needs and market trends.
Required Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in the Genset industry: Possess experience in sales for 2KV to 1000KV gensets.
  • Sales Experience: Have sales experience across different segments (e.g., industrial, commercial, etc.).
