About the Role:

We are seeking a Study Abroad Career Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our international education division, you will be responsible for guiding students on their path to overseas study.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong destination knowledge of Germany and other European countries.
  • Provide expert advice on universities, courses, admission requirements, and application processes.
  • Assist students in preparing and reviewing application documents (forms, essays, SOPs, CVs, etc.).
  • Counsel students on visa requirements, financial planning, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Conduct end-to-end student processing, from initial counselling to visa completion.
  • Deliver orientation sessions on living and studying abroad.
  • Stay updated on international education policies, admission deadlines, and university updates.
  • Nurture relationships with universities and academic institutions abroad.
  • Handle student queries through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of student applications and follow up until admission/visa completion.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities, including seminars, education fairs, and webinars.
