Job Title: Insurance Agency Partnership ManagerKey Responsibilities:
  • Agency Recruitment & Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential insurance agents/advisors. Ensure effective training and development of new agents to drive productivity.
  • Sales Management: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through the agency network. Promote and sell financial products (e.g., insurance policies, investment plans, etc.) via agents. Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners. Resolve escalations and support agents in addressing customer queries and objections.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track agent performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports. Use dashboards and CRM tools to monitor business growth and agent engagement. Share feedback with management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
