Business Development Executive

We are seeking an accomplished professional to take on a key role in our Pune-based office.

  • Product Expertise: Proficiency in managing multiple insurance product offerings, claims negotiation and servicing, and thorough knowledge of various insurers' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Research Driven: Conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, carrying out comprehensive analysis for large proposals, preparing Quotes Comparison Reports (QCR), and providing valuable insights for clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at insurance companies, ensuring timely receipt of competitive quotes, and engaging in regular interactions with insurance companies to foster continuous engagement.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Entering RFQs and proposal details into the database, generating reports for analysis, sharing status updates with senior management, and sharing information and documentation with auditors.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • CORPORATE RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT/BUSINESS SOLUTION PROVIDER from a service background.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
  • Required Domain expertise.
  • MBA from a reputable Business School.
