Job Title: Experienced Digital Asset Manager

As a seasoned digital asset manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

  • Lead AEM authoring tasks, including content creation, updates, and optimizations to enhance user experience.
  • Manage digital assets efficiently using DAM solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Implement SEO best practices in content structure and metadata to boost online presence.
  • Conduct thorough QA on web pages to ensure content accuracy and business alignment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive testing checklists for content QA to guarantee high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to execute content changes and drive business growth.
  • Utilize AEM components, templates, content fragments, and experience fragments to create engaging content experiences.
  • Audit content regularly to ensure SEO compliance and performance metrics.
  • Support content migration processes and AEM Cloud initiatives to stay ahead of the curve.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as an AEM Author or similar role.
  • Expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher) authoring, taxonomy, and DAM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and implementation within AEM.
  • Proven QA experience with checklist creation/maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with AEM Cloud and content migration processes.

Optional Skills:

  • Experience with AEM Forms, AEM Sites, or other AEM modules.
  • Agile development environment experience.
  • Exposure to digital marketing and conversion optimization.
  • AEM Certification (preferred).
