Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager

As a seasoned commercial real estate asset manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of assets to maximize investor returns. With over $350 million in assets under management, this esteemed organization specializes in acquiring, adding value, managing and selling CRE properties.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and asset management software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately record and maintain up-to-date property information, lease agreements, and financial transactions.
  • Organize, store, and retrieve asset-related documents efficiently.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on asset performance, including budget variance, Insurance status, and maintenance activity.
  • Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders, including scheduling meetings with PMs and identifying contractors.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset data.
  • Ensure timely retrieval of asset-related documents.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports on asset performance.
  • Offer exceptional administrative support to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and asset management software.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Bachelor's Degree: Typically required in a field such as real estate, finance, business, or related field. A high degree of professionalism and integrity is essential.
