We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Operational Team Lead

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of agents, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of agents to achieve daily targets and maintain operational efficiency
  • Overseeing AHT, shrinkage, attrition, CSAT, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure optimal performance
  • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition rates through effective people management practices
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve issues related to rostering, contact center operations, BPO operations, call center operations, and team handling
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while driving business growth through innovative solutions

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Excellent customer service, customer support, and customer service management skills
  • Experience in achieving and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in banking, Revolut, anti-money laundering (AML), money laundering (ML), and KYC
  • A proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth
