Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all financials, including LQA, Forbes, and TrustYou targets
  • Contribute towards the achievement of financial targets
  • Report all issues and negative guest feedback
  • Maintain HACCP and FIFO standards as required by regional governing bodies
  • Handle financial procedures according to guidelines set by the finance department
  • Link all facets of service, cuisine, and entertainment
  • Assume responsibility of daily operations
  • Manage security incidents and guest complaints with confidence and in a professional manner
  • Timely report incidents to direct supervisors
  • Lead daily briefings for staff prior to shift commencement
  • Be creative, confident, and prepared to think outside of the box
  • Follow personal development plans set by direct supervisors
  • Maintain operational inventory at immaculate levels
  • Maintain outlet at highest levels
  • Create opportunities for upselling products
  • Develop direct teams to strive for excellence
  • Inspire employees to create new and improved ideas
  • Follow hotel evacuation policies in case of emergencies
  • Earn awareness and deliver optimal levels of service and guest satisfaction
  • Establish effective communication across divisions
  • Lead by example through passionate and hands-on approach
  • Assist in collecting information for monthly P&L reviews
