We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in a leadership role. As a key member of our pre-opening team at the Fairmont Udaipur Palace, you will be responsible for ensuring that our luxury property operates seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of grooming and appearance at all times.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the outlet, ensuring that all aspects of service, cuisine, and entertainment are met with excellence.
  • Monitor and follow up on all financials, including targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay aware of daily, monthly, and yearly financial targets, and actively contribute towards their achievement.
  • Ensure that all issues and negative guest feedback are properly reported and addressed.
  • Follow established opening and closing checklists, and maintain HACCP and FIFO standards.
  • Handle financial procedures according to guidelines set by the finance department.
  • Link all facets of service, cuisine, and entertainment to provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Confidently handle daily operations, security incidents, and guest complaints.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar leadership role in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Food and Beverage, including bar operations and management.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and previous use of point of sale systems required.
  • Service-focused personality with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
