Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Butler Manager located in Udaipur. The Butler Manager will oversee the daily operations of the butler team, ensuring that all guest needs are met with the highest level of service. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with other departments, maintaining guest records, and providing personalized services to VIP guests. The role also involves training and mentoring the butler team to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in luxury hospitality services
• Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Previous experience as Assistant Butler Manager is advantageous
