Dynamic Solutions Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our presales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise-level solutions and be able to map them to customer needs across various channels. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to craft tailored solution proposals that meet the unique requirements of each client.

  • Analyze customer business challenges and develop innovative solutions using Vinculum's full product suite.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create value-driven solutions aligned with client expectations and goals.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and provide technical responses to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Bid on new opportunities and support post-sales handover with detailed functional understanding.

Key qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4-8 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Business Analysis roles in RetailTech, SaaS, eCommerce, or Logistics domains.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel retailing, order management, product data syndication, marketplace settlements, and financial audits.
